How do I find out more information on the item I wish to purchase?

We aim to provide you with all the information, specifications and pictures of each product on our website however if you require any other information please feel free to contact us at info@boyztoys.com.au.

Do you have telephone support?

We do not have phone support at this point in time. However, we do endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours.

We do understand that sometimes it can be frustrating to wait for a reply. In order to keep our costs down we can only provide email support. Should you have further enquiries please feel free to email us at info@boyztoys.com.au, one of our staff will be happy to assist you with any queries.

How do I know if the products I want to order are in stock?

If a product is available, it will show as being in 'In Stock'. If it happens to be out of stock you will be unable to purchase the product.

What currency are the prices on BOYZTOYS?

All prices quoted on the BOYZTOYS Australia website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do prices include GST (Sales Tax)?

All prices on the BOYZTOYS website include GST which is applicable to all Australian orders. 

How long do I have to pay for an item?

We prefer to have payment when you checkout or asap, if you wish to pay at a later date please contact us.

Do you offer combined shipping discount?

Deliveries within Australia
If you purchase products totalling $100 or over shipping is FREE! All other orders under $99.99 are charged a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 for standard delivery no matter how many items are in your shopping cart.

How do I redeem my BOYZTOYS coupon?

Coupons can be redeemed on the shopping cart page before commencing checkout. Enter your coupon code and click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button.

What happens after I've placed my order, do I receive a confirmation?

Once you've completed the checkout process you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched which will normally include your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order including changing my address?

As long as we haven’t despatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Please contact us asap at info@boyztoys.com.au to ensure this is possible. Please check all details when checking out to avoid any mistakes.

Do I have to create an account?

It is not required, however by creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

Do you take credit card orders?

We do take credit card orders but only through the Paypal platform at this stage. We do not store any of your credit card details.
